The first Uber Hax YTMND was created by user Bumbastic on July 31st, 2005. While fyrestorm can be accredited with increasing the popularity of the Uber Hax fad with UBER HAX!!1 : The Katrina/Rita Saga : Directors Cut, Bumbastic was the official first.
Uber Hax YTMNDs are dramatic depictions of scenes paired chronologically with semi-related leet|leetspeak, usually as if these particular scenes actually occurred in a multiplayer video game server. These YTMNDs traditionally have dramatic music, most commonly from "Pompeii" by E.S. Posthumus, the song used for a ad for the movie Spiderman.
